Product Introduction:
The outer rotor fan blades adopt advanced aerodynamic design, with beautiful appearance and high efficiency; The fan rotor adopts double-sided dynamic balancing, achieving G6.3 dynamic balancing. The fan blades, rotor, and mesh cover are all sprayed with plastic, with a bright and beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance. The motor end cover has also undergone special treatment. The ambient temperature that the fan is usually adapted to is -25 ℃~+60 ℃. At present, the provided wind turbines have insulation levels of B and F, protection level of IP54, and can also provide fans with working environment temperatures of -40 ℃~+60 ℃ and -25 ℃~+80 ℃. Thermal protectors can be installed inside the motor. Our factory has newly launched an external rotor fan with a protection level of IP56 and a new structure. The new structure is suitable for installation and use in places with high humidity and harsh operating environments.
Fans are divided into two types: single-phase capacitor operation and three-phase asynchronous operation. Single phase motors have 220V/50Hz and 220V/60Hz; Three phase motors are available in 380V/50Hz and 380V/60Hz, and we can also provide customers with motors with special requirements such as special voltage, dual voltage, etc. The fan motor can be directly wired out and can provide various forms of waterproof junction boxes for users to choose from when selecting.
